Questions before we launch

When exactly is SilvyOrders launching?

We're targeting launch within the next 60 days. Early access restaurants will be onboarded first, before the public rollout.

Do I need to replace my printer or POS?

No. SilvyOrders works with the thermal printers and POS systems (Square, Clover) you already use. Orders arrive formatted just like a regular ticket.

Does my customer need to install anything?

No. Everything happens inside WhatsApp on your restaurant's existing number. No app download for you or your customers.

How long does setup take?

Usually less than a day: we configure your menu, connect WhatsApp, and test printing together with your team before going live.

What if I don't use Square or Clover?

SilvyOrders works standalone with any thermal printer. You can also use the included dashboard to manage and view orders. Additional POS integrations are in development.
